He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (McCarthy); and his siblings, John, Daniel, Neil, Joseph, Margaret (Donegan) and Eileen Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sullivan; his son Jeremiah Sullivan, Jr. (Kerri) of Bedford, NH; his grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin and Charlotte; and his sister Mary Lou (Stretton) of Arlington, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and first and second cousins.
