He was predeceased by: his father Fred C. Harrington; his son Mark R. Harrington of Exeter, NH; and his siblings, Paul F. Harrington of Greenfield, MA, John J. Harrington of Everett, MA and Rosemary M. Malloy of Medford, MA..
He is survived by: his son Daniel Harrington; his daughters-in-law, Cynthia (Hunt) of Merrimack, NH and Lea Harrington (Fortin) of Exeter, NH; and his grandchild Lindsey White (Ryan) of Belgrade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
