He was predeceased by: his parents, James Steele and Susan Steele. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Erinn Steele of York, ME, James Steele of West Chester, PA and Kathryn Emond (Michael) of Amherst, NH.; and his sister Janet of Bedford Hills, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (190 Meetinghouse Rd, Bedford, NH 03110).
But among his proudest accomplishments was The Steele Foundation for Hope, which he and Suzanne created to improve the lives of people in need around the world.
