It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne Schmitt of Bedford, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Loar and Mary Loar (Brennan); her husband Douglas Schmitt; and her sister Mary Ellen Loar. She is survived by: her sons, David Schmitt (Ericca) of Bedford, NH and Steven Schmitt of Bow, NH; her grandchildren, Evan Schmitt, Kamryn Schmitt and Hudson Schmitt of Bedford, NH; and her sister Patricia Hammer (Joseph) of Suffolk, VA..
