She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stone and Hattie Stone (Rollins); her husband Wendell Ellsworth, Sr.; her children, Debbie Ellsworth, Michael Ellsworth and Jeffrey Ellsworth, Sr.; her grandson Joshua Ellsworth; and her brother James Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Ellsworth (Dana Powers), Cheryl Rouse, Wendell Ellsworth, Jr. and Scott Ellsworth (Karen Constant). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
