It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence (Gallant) Shorty of Berlin, New Hampshire, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Hamel and Eva Hamel (Bergeron); her former life partner Wilfred J. Gallant; her children, Donald Gallant and Mona Pepin; and her siblings, Wilfred Hamel and Therese Guerin.
She is survived by : her husband Donald Shorty of Berlin, NH; her sons, Steven Gallant (Laurie Gagne) of Gorham, NH and Nelson Gallant of Shelburne, NH; and her grandchildren, Melissa Eames (Samuel), Kimberly Redden (Shawn), Nicole Burrows (Connor), Tyler Pepin, Bryce Pepin, Sarah Gallant and Joshua Gallant.
