We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2022, at the age of 90, Norma L. Abney of Berlin, New Hampshire, born in Staunton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick Brown and Hattie Jane Brown (Lines); her husband James Richard Abney; her children, Sharon George, Richard Duncan, Karen Duff, Debra Duncan and Kenneth Duncan; and her siblings, Thomas Brown and Harry Brown.
