She was predeceased by: her parents, George Beauly and Evelyn Beauly; her husband Kent Durgin; and her sister Carole (Steenbeke). She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Brie and KJ; and her sister Jeanne (Lapin). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home (172 King St, Boscawen, NH 03303).

Donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Payson Center for Cancer Care, where she received care for many years.

“Mike and Jeff So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was certainly a remarkable lady. The very best neighbor and friend we could ask for when we lived in Boscawen. and even when we moved to Littleton. Sadly, after a move to Texas we lost frequent contact but wonderful memories of time with the Durgin family remain. We are sending thoughts prayers and hugs to you both.
