He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bulkley and Dorothy Bulkley (Wohlsen); and his brother Scott Bulkley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bulkley (Brown); his son Christopher Bulkley (Karen); his grandchildren, Ryan and Kayla of Windham, NH; his daughter Meredith Lewis (Michael); his grandchildren, Brayden and Brooke of Wading River, NY; his daughter Lindsey Tuffner (Mark); his grandchildren, Charlotte and Nolan of Fairfax, VA; and his sister Anne Bried (Robert) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by niece and nephew and many extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry.
