He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marshall and Eunice Marshall; and his sister Cynthia Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Judy Burnett; his children, Rich Marshall and Amy Cook; his children-in-law, Laura Marshall and Jon Cook; and his grandchildren, Jake Marshall, Maddie Cook, Jenna Cook and Anna Cook.
