He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Garland and Alice Garland of Campton, NH.; and his siblings, Robert Garland and Nancy Starrett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jacques; his children, Deb Zampieri (Darryl "Zippy" Zampieri) and Jeff (Shereen); and his brother Steve (May).
