We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2023, at the age of 82, Steven L Hackett of Campton, New Hampshire passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steven L Hackett to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his son Marc Hackett (Lisa); his grandsons, Jake and Luke; his daughter Michele Hackett; his sister Sue Casker (John); and his nephews, Steven and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center where he was known as Captain Steve due to giving many boat tours of the lake. Donations may be sent to Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, PO Box 173, Holderness, NH 03245.
