He was predeceased by: his parents, Ima Mary and Eastman; and his siblings-in-law, Tom LeBretton and Francina Neily. He is survived by: his nephew Matthew W. Rathbun; his daughter Alexandria "Lexi" Clifton (Malachi); and his siblings, Kenneth Neily (Tammy), Virginia Rathbun (Tom), Clinton Neily (Eileen), Wade Neily (Danielle) and Joan LeBretton. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
