She was predeceased by : her parents, Saul Skersey and Helen Christman (Hirshman). She is survived by : her boyfriend Jed Brewer; her children, Alayna Peck and Arvid; her daughter-in-law Maurine Dahlbloom Jr.; her grandchildren, Janessa and Serenity Gangi; her brother Mark; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Skersey; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Kevin Shaughnessy; and her close friend Tiffany Philbrick. She is also survived by 2 nephews and 1 niece.

Although she had difficulty conversing in those last days, her love and appreciation spoke clearly. I’m thankful for our time together just before her passing. Her beaming smile from the Easter Basket filled with dark chocolates I brought and the simple kiss placed upon her forehead as I left are priceless.”
