He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Perkins and Dorothy Perkins (Bellville); and his son Steven Perkins. He is survived by: his brother David; his wife Theresa; his sons, Robert Perkins Jr. (Deeana) and Brian Perkins (Stacy); his grandchildren, Joshua (Jessica), Kelci, Cole (Jillian), Justin, Evan and Logan; his great grandchildren, Cam and Jackson; his children, Fran Green-Corson (Bill), Arlene Green and Beulah Green; his friend David Perkins (Flossie); Wanda Fitzmorris (Scott).
