He was predeceased by: his son Michael James Rufo; his nibling Robbie Chiulli; and his parents, Biagio Rufo and Mary Rufo (DeRubeis). He is survived by: his children, Kathryn "Katie" Rufo Barksdale (Andrew Barksdale) and TJ Rufo-Curran (Sean) of Natick; his sisters, Mary Rodgers (Bob) of Upton and Joanna McLaughlin (Paul) of Center Harbor, NH.; his niece Lisa Lay (Richard); his nephews, Paul Michael McLaughlin (Jamie) and Joey Cincotta (Lexi); Karen Rufo of Whitinsville.
