He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Clark and Myrtle Clark (Merrill); and his sisters, Nancy and Gail. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark (Reinhart); and his children, Jesse, Celia (Cintra), Eric (Stephanne) and Hank (Rebecca). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
