He was predeceased by: his parents, George Billings and Laura Billings (Coutermarsh). He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Fraser (Craig Colli) of Claremont, Roxanne Seale (Bill) of Sunapee and Melissa Bean (Bob) of Charlestown; his close friend Regina Holt of Charlestown; the mother of his children Patricia Conroy; his grandsons, Dustin Fraser (Rachel) of Newport, Christopher Seale (Taylor) of Goshen and Anthony Vaitkunas (Kate) of Warwick, RI; his stepgrandson Brendan Bean (Ashlee) of Charlestown; and his cousins, Laureen Marquis of Rutland, VT and Virginia Bigelow of Vermont.
