He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Loucks and Rhoda Loucks (Heidtman); his former wife Carmela DiMare Loucks; and his siblings, Robert Loucks, David Loucks, Gerald Loucks and Judy Kunde.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Loucks; his children, Maryann (Alan Greene) of Raymond, NH, Debbie (Robert Lee) of Allenstown, NH and Don Loucks Jr. (Nancy) of Barnesville; his grandchildren, Naomi Morgan and Christopher Lee; his sister Mary Heath; and his stepchildren, Molly and Matthew. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
