Arthur of Chester, New Hampshire, born in Concord, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elwin Hollowell and Edith Hollowell (Frost). She is survived by : her husband Perley Arthur of Chester; her children, Scott Arthur (Sue) of Chester, Holly Van Laarhoven (Gary) of Auburn and Wendy Moquin (Randy) of Bradford, NH.; her grandchildren, Tracey Allaire, Jeff Van Laarhoven, Darrin and Nick Cummings; and her great grandchildren, Andrew and Zachary Collins.
