He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary R. Chesley (Ciervo) and Harry E. Chesley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Chesley of Chesterfield; his children, Lisa M. Prince (Adam Hogenmiller) of Westmoreland and Brad R. Chesley (Kristin) of Swanzey; and his grandchildren, Devin Prince of Keene, Chandler Chesley of Keene, Branden Prince of Chesterfield and Allison Jackson of Swanzey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
