He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Chase and Gisele Chase (Pepin). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chase (Ohannessian); his daughter Raquel Chase-Kelly (John); his grandchildren, Graham and Claire; his siblings, Michael Chase (Susan), Peter Chase (Patricia), Alan Chase (Susan), Ann Woodburn (Chase) and Jeffrey Chase (Karen); and his brother-in-law Edward Ohannessian (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
