He was predeceased by: his wife Carol J. Stacy; his parents, William McKenzie and Grace McKenzie (Bushway); his brother William McKenzie; and his half-brothers, Ronald and Victor.
He is survived by: his children, Gail McKenzie (Bart Dole) of Cornish Flat, NH, Jack McKenzie Jr. (Jana Barry) of Homosassa Florida, Karen Brock (Norris) of Tunbridge, VT and Cathy Hilgendorf of Candler, NC.; and his sisters, Grace Adams of South Royalton, VT and Gloria Perkins (Bob) of Dunnellon, FL.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (833 Main St, Claremont, NH 03743).
