He was predeceased by: his parents, Medrick Rouillard (Lona Nelson) and Rose Rouillard of Claremont. He is survived by: his brother Bennie Nelson (Becky); his niece Kathryn Boutin (Andrew); his nephew Samuel Nelson (Melissa); and his great-nephew Oliver.
