He is survived by: his cousin Danny Upton Jr.; his mother Leona Hooper; his siblings, Jim Kathan (Sally Lamb) and Nancy Farmer (Joe); his daughter Dana Kathan (Jordan); his fiancée Carol Scott; his fiancée's children, Kevin Scott, Shauna Martzolf and Jonathan Scott; and his grandson Kaiden Scott. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and step siblings.
