He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis (Giddings); and his sister Phyllis Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Joan Murphy; his children, Bill Lewis (Lorrie Lewis) of Cornish, Cheryl Sharkey (Jim Sharkey) of Pawtucket, RI and Dan Lewis (Jill Lewis) of Claremont; his grandchildren, Erin Lewis (Francis Bouchard), Chris Lewis, Emily Sharkey and Luke Sharkey; and his great grandchild Frankie Bouchard.
