Allan touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elverton Wheeler Whitney and Madelene Laura Whitney (Palmer); his wife Suzanne Whitney (Barnes); his brother Stanley Whitney; and his sister-in-law Justine Whitney.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Whitney (Howard Cullen) of Laconia, NH; and his girlfriend Rita Varney of Goffstown, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Gilford Community Church (19 Potter Hill Rd, Gilford, NH 03249). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carriage House at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home (164 Pleasant St, Laconia, NH 03246).
