He is survived by: his parents, Frederick A. Jr. and Cheri M. Caruso (Shepard); his wife Nina Teresa Caruso (Opila) of Pembroke; his son Colton Frederick Caruso; his sister Traci L. Milbourne (Marques) of Northfield; his grandparents, Fred Sr. and Judith Shepard (Tibbetts) of Northfield; his mother-in-law Christine Opila of Concord; his brothers-in-law, Christopher Rudack of Boston, MA, Derek Rudack (Katrina) of Valley Village, CA and Steven Lemire of Gilmanton; and also Ruby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and nieces.
