He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Cutter (Libby) and Clifford Cutter I.. He is survived by: his son Cliff Cutter II of Deerfield, NH.; his brother Dave Cutter; and his nieces, Jamie Cutter and Katrina Cutter.
