He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Kelly and E. Ruth Black (Houston). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kelly (Walker) of Hill; his daughters, Michelle Buckland (Eric) of Northwood and Melissa Kelly (Kevin Moosmann) of Kannapolis, NC.; his stepmother Sally Bose of Plymouth; his stepsiblings, Mathew Bose (Justine Campbell) of Bow and Melissa Bose (Ronald Merrill) of Coralville, IA; and his stepfather John Black of Hebron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
David was involved in many community organizations; the family asks in lieu of flowers a donation be made to David Kelly Robotics Scholarship or an organization of your choice.
