He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Morrison and Phil Morrison; his siblings, Walter L. Morrison and Carlotta King; and his grandson Caleb T. Morrison.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Morrison; his son Paul David Morrison; his granddaughter Casey K. Morrison; and his great grandchild Alder J. Morrison-Baker. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor David's memory to donate to Shriners Children's Hospital of Springfield MA - Shriners Children's Hospital.
