He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm E. Averill and Ann M. Averill (Tolland); his brother Peter Averill; and his brother-in-law Bert Morgan. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Morgan of Concord and David Averill; his sister-in-law Carol Dyer of Concord; his brother Douglas Averill (Brenda) of Pembroke; and his son Dustin Averill of Concord. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
