Elaine Merchant Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Merchant of Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spiro Lillios and Amelia Boches (Dimos); and her sisters, Rita Bunton and Sofia Plentzas. She is survived by: her son Christopher M. Merchant of Concord, NH; and her sisters, Alexandra Lekkas (James) of Manchester and Vasiliki Collins (Michael) of Stratham, NH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Greek Church (68 N State St, Concord, NH 03301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
