She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris J. Quimby and Frank A. Quimby; her husband Everett E. Howland; and her siblings, Dotty LaDuke, Pat Little, Ruth Sawyer and Bud Quimby.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Howland (Marisa Taddei), James Howland (Wendy) and Sharon Zaccardi (Vincent); her grandchildren, Evan Howland (Michelle), Neal Howland (Thuy), Kayla Humes (Jayce), Megan Kennedy (Ryan), Nicholas Zaccardi (Anne), Stephanie Zaccardi (Craig) and Andrew Zaccardi (Sarah); and her great grandchildren, Vincent, Michael, Brooklyn, Blake, Zac and Brody. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barile-Cota Funeral Home- North Reading (335 Park St, North Reading, MA 01864). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (45 Woburn St, Reading, MA 01867). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Woodstock Cemetery.
