We announce the death of Gerald Trefrey in Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 77. Gerald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Earl Trefrey, Sr. and Janet Smith (McGraw); his wife Cynthia May Trefrey (Jalbert); his stepfather Robert Smith; his brothers, Gordon Trefrey, Jr. and Guy Trefrey; and his pet Marnie.
He is survived by: his son Jason Trefrey (Lisa Miles-Trefrey); his grandchildren, Morgan, Logan and Lauren Trefrey; his brother Gilman Trefrey; his siblings-in-law, Diane Brown (Robert), Kathleen Remal (Gary) and Michael Jalbert (Pam); and his friends, Merle, Doug and Tracy Neal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carriage House at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home (164 Pleasant St, Laconia, NH 03246). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
