He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Blinn and Julia Marcella Blinn (Nichols); his stepdaughters, Janella and Jeana Fritz; and his brother Donald Blinn.
He is survived by: his pet Dixie; his wife Elaine Blinn (Cagnola) of Concord; his children, Jeffrey Blinn (Kim) of Parker, CO, Anthony Blinn (Tina) of Concord and Alanna Casey (Tim) of Mason, NH; and his grandchildren, Staci, Joseph Blinn, Andrew, Shannon Parr, Elizabeth, Katie, Annie Blinn, Liam and Nora Casey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
