He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Byron and Mary Ellen Mikesell (Rockhill); and his sister Sue Ponder. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Mikesell (Heist) of Concord; his children, Corinne Smith of Annapolis, MD and Andrew Mikesell (Cynthia) of Westwood, MA.; his grandchildren, Juliana Mikesell, James Mikesell, Sarah Smith, Grant Smith and Craig Smith; and his brother Jay Mikesell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
