He was predeceased by: his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Brigid McNamee; his children, Patrick, Mairead and Reagan McNameeKing; and his siblings, Theresa, Betty, Patsy, Michael and Kevin.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Friendly Kitchen in Concord, St. Paul's Food Pantry, or the New Hampshire chapters of the ACLU and Sierra Club.
