He is survived by: his wife June Picard; his stepdaughter Linda Consaul; his brother Lynnwood Picard; his stepgranddaughter Veronica Consaul; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Mason, Pamela Evans, Nicole Gilman, Tiffany Andeino, Cheryl Farren, Jerry Picard, David Mason, Steven Mason and Scott Roubothom.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andre Bessette Parish – Sacred Heart (291 Union Ave, Laconia, NH 03246). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
