She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Howard (Kevin), David Jacques (Susan) and Ann Marie Jacques; her granddaughters, Michelle Flibotte, Andrea Flibotte-Hope (David), Jennifer King (Darren) and Beth Ann Jacques; and her great grandchildren, Brooke Shumate and Dean Hope. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
