He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mulcahy and Patricia Mulcahy (Quinn); and his siblings, Pam Poole (Lee) and Timothy Mulcahy. He is survived by: his daughter Rachael Mulcahy Setterberg; and his siblings, David Warden (Linda), Nancy Phinney (Don), Dotty Fowler (Jim), Laura Jost (Ted) and George Quinn (Cheryl). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
