We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 89, Patricia Ann Jacobsmeyer (Concord, New Hampshire) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Robert McDonough; her husband John H. Jacobsmeyer, Jr. (Jack); her brothers, Robert McDonough and John "Jack" McDonough (Polly); and her children, Joanne Elizabeth Sprott (Matthew), Jay Michael Jacobsmeyer (Joyce), Susan Eileen Kowalski (Paul) and John Henry III Jacobsmeyer (Katrina Balling). She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
