He is survived by: his children, Christopher J. Borges of Cambridge, MA and Dr. Angela M. Borges (Jeffrey L. Perrin) of Portsmouth, NH; his grandchildren, Miles, Mabel Rose and Pearl Josephine; his partner Conny VonNordsiek; and his brother Richard Borges of Utica, NY..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Verne Wood Funeral Home - Buckminster Chapel (84 Broad St, Portsmouth, NH 03801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the North Church (2 Congress Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Harmony Grove Cemetery South St.
