She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Allen and Eleanor Bullock; her husband William D. Kelley, Sr.; her daughter Debra Lynn Kelley Coulter; her brother Russell B. Allen; her children, Paula Jean Dow (Steve) of Hopkinton, NH and William D. Kelley, Jr. of Fairhaven, VT; her foster daughter Pamela Sweet (Mark) of Crystal River, FL; her sister Jarna Perkins (Gary) of Bradford, NH; her grandchildren, Justin Coulter (Joannea) of Epsom, NH, Shayne Coulter (Kristen Murby) of Londonderry, NH, Sonja Lang (Ryan) of Webster, NH and Lindsay Dow (Codey Hopkins) of Warner, NH; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Lynn Coulter and Penni Jean Lang. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
