He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Tracy and Alma LeBlanc (Robidou); and his brother Allen Tracy. He is survived by: his children, Todd Tracy (Theresa) of Loudon and Brandi Ceriello (Nick) of Loudon; his former wife Mary Ellen Tracy; his grandchildren, Travis Tracy, Kayla Blackman and Brett Blackman; and his siblings, Richard Tracy, Michael Tracy, Linda Tracy, Laurie Beserdetsky and Joseph LeBlanc. He is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
