He is survived by : his grandchildren, Bailey and Myles; his wife Susan Petrovek (Upham); his children, Caity Wayne Carter and Matthew George Petrovek; his brothers, Kevin and Brian Petrovek; his mother-in-law Beverly Upham; his in-laws, Mark, Charlotte Upham, Michael and Kelly Upham; his nephew Harry Upham; and his nieces, Hannah and Maggie Upham.
