He is survived by: his children, Timothy Richard Gallagher, Matthew Austin Gallagher and Lindsay Bowlby Hogan; his grandchildren, Richard Silva, Sierra Gallagher, Myles Gallagher, Liam Hogan, Kyla Gallagher and Kellan Hogan; his wife Alison June Bowlby; and his brother Philip Gallagher (Debbie).
