Douglas Nye wrote a sympathy message

“Milly and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Skip was one of my favorites. When I was a young child he took time out of his busy schedule to take me to sporting events. He was always the happiest guy at my parent's parties and I remember him fondly when he would give me a hard time while my dad and I were building your sunroom. He also made a great effort to come to my three sons' football games. Not many people like him. I am a better Man for knowing him. May God bless him and keep him! D Nye”
