He was predeceased by: his son Sean O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Colette O'Brien; his children, Megan O'Brien and David T. O'Brien; and his siblings, Robin, Paul Brown, Gail, Ron Leverson and Lawrence "Chip" O'Brien. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. - North Andover (35 Merrimack St, North Andover, MA 01845).
