He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Guinesso and Martha Guinesso (Manahan); and his brothers, Robert and Richard. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Mark (Carolyn) of Auburn and James Anthony (Erica) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Tony, Addam, Danny, Ally, Skye, Paul of Kim, PJ, Stephanie, Dylan and Josh; his great grandchild Bea; his wife Norma Guinesso; his daughters, Shawna Daley of Concord and Debbie Phillips (Scott) of Weare; his grandson Andy (Shara); and his pet Lily. He is also survived by many cousins, close friends.

A wake was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the Longmeadow Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Longmeadow Church in Auburn, NH, an organization close to Jim's heart.
